My mother came in yesterday to get a subway and the Asian lady working there left the bread out in the cold after heating as she was working on another customer’s order which is fine but as customers we are paying for the hot food. When my mother kindly requested her to heat the bun again the Asian lady got all defensive and acted so rude. Like there was no need to take it personally. Someone has to teach her customer service and how to talk politely to a customer. That behavior was outrageous. She is not fit to be working there. Then, she refused to prepare the order and asked another lady to make it for my mother. I have also worked in customer service and I really don’t care what happens behind the scenes but the fact that she got all rude and acted so immature really surprised me. The sub was great because obviously it is subway but the customer service was bad. I pity her co-workers as well as they have to put up with such...
Read morei visited the restaurant today and ordered veggie patty. I am a strict vegetarian because of my religious beliefs. while i was in line, there were few orders lined up ahead of me. The staff member who was prepping the orders , didn't care to change the gloves for seperate orders. I saw her make the bacon sandwich with same gloves as she made the next sandwich which contained red meat and eventually she made my "veggie" sandwich with the same set of gloves. I just had enough time to argue and rectify her because i was getting late for my class. I just picked up my order and walked away. i ended up throwing away the sandwich which i paid for. Money is not the concern over here but following strict procedure to prep the food is!!!! i want the administration to seriously look into the matter so that it doesn't happen again. I am a loyal customer of Subway and was very...

Then a discussion on tax. The item was $1.79 plus tax = $1.88 ($1.90 as pennies are not a thing anymore).
Then a discussion on how to get from $1.70 to $1.90.
Eventually the correct amount was refunded. Why they didn't just refund my credit card (how I originally paid), I have no idea....
