Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Niagara-on-the-Lake

Visited this time hortons on Saturday around 3-4pm, i ordered 2 coffees, potato wedges and an icedcap. I ordered slme of these items at the window which the order taker was happy to add however I forgot to scan my tims card for collecting points. Where was an offer for getting 600 points for 2 different visits which was expiring the same day. I wanted to collect the points so i requested if it’s possible for me to get the points for the items i have paid for. The server called the girl named Simran, she asked me what happened and after i explained to her she said NO, when i asked why her response was that it’s been already 4 minutes at DT so i understood that there were customers behind me waiting, i said i can come inside. I went inside and she processed the refund and took my order again so i was able to collect the points. But my experience was ruined because of this girl named Simran due to her attitude. She looked so mad and not even once she greeted me with a smile. She was handling this whole process as if she is extremely upset and mad. This is worst way to make the customer feel bad about their requests. I love Tim Hortons and i mean who doesn’t but people like her make the whole experience go worse because of their non friendly attitude. Absolute trash location and employees. Ordered wedges, got up the street before realizing they were under cooked. Drove all the way back to have one of the male employees laugh and chuckle while I complained and asked for new wedges. They walked over, pulled out the tray containing the wedges which was still full, walked over and said theyre all the same. Rather then throw out the clearly half cooked and still partially frozen in the middle wedges, they left them and I had to demand a manager otherwise I was getting left with nothing and no refund. Manager took ten minutes coming out, delaying myself getting back to work. Upon coming out he clearly didnt give a damn at all, didnt inspect the fries but gave me a refund for the order without even looking at the tray I told him to inspect because they weren't fully cooked. Not a single gle employee gave a damn in any way. Please avoid this location. I am submitting this to both the regional rep and head office. This is a health risk.

Edit, second visit. Location is still trash. Leaned on the half wall in the photo only to realize it was sticky and covered in several day old dry coffee. Told an employee and they didnt even care. DO NOT GO HERE. Cant belive the place hasn't been shut down for health...

This is supposed to be the only Tim Hortense (TH) in NOTL proper, therefore, it could be considered a Crown Jewel. On 19th Aug. 2024 it happened to be the worst and the dirtiest TH ever. At around 4: 00 PM we arrived at an almost empty TM where the service was very questionable. The woman who seemed to be a “Lead Hand" was very, very rude to customers and the service was very, very slow where people had to wait irritatingly a long time to receive items they had already paid for, and I am one of them. The coffee was cold and over sugared for a "double-double," the bagels were not done well. Further, all the trash bins were overflowing. The floor was dirty and the majority of the tables uncleaned where we had to search for a bit cleaner table. The management may identify the staff present on this date by referring to the time and date given above and should take appropriate action. I am from the very area and would hesitate to visit this TH although I like the products and services offered by...
