I'm standing in front of the store right now holding a much anticipated cup of coffee. When I walked in, or store smells fantastic. Heavenly aromas of chocolate, coffee and hazelnut hit you right away. Makes you really crave for some of the fantastic-looking packages of coffee they have. I decided to go for a fresh brew of Sumatra coffee. Really disappointed it had the colour of weak tea and I might as well suck on a dish sponge was lacking so much in flavour. I don't know where they get the nerve to put the "world's best coffee" sign on their window. Far from it. I took that $2.50 coffee and after two sips, threw it in the garbage. Maybe they do purvey fine coffee beans, but they don't know how to make a good cup of coffee to save their lives. If you're thirsty and looking for coffee... Do...

Victoria Gallery is a coffee shop and much more. On first entry the views and smells immediately tantalize the senses and create a desire to purchase something to satisfy the appetite created by all the wonderful smells. There is a huge variety of products from teas, coffees, chocolate, cookies, and baked goods etc. The shop also carries a variety of unique gift items, including coffee cups, mugs, greeting cards and much more. From the door way one can easily view the product lined tables and shelves which were arranged in a neat and aesthetically pleasing manner. The service was friendly and efficient and there was a constant flow of people. Needless to say, the coffee and baked goods...

Staff were more interested in chatting to eachother than helping customers. I asked for assistance and not only was I ignored by some old lady behind the counter but given an odd look by some deceit old man (also on staff) she was flirting with. It was like something out of a Dickens novel. Given their prices you would expect prompt service. Though the place is not welcoming with all their signs to not touch or break anything.

I guess I am not the submissive tea buyer they expect who will wait patiently for their flirting to end so I can...
