This is such a great business. I love the idea of reworking jewellery - it's more sustainable than buying new, and it retains the sentimentality associated with heirloom pieces, while making them more wearable.

I messaged Ring Reno with a few different projects in mind, and Julie immediately understood exactly what I wanted! She provided preliminary quotes to make sure I was comfortable with the budget, and then updated quotes after we met in person and discussed the details. Julie was helpful, open, and encouraging. She kept me in the loop from first to last--from my first inquiry to the mailing back of the finished ring, always consulting me on my preferences.
