Went in there and ordered a meal. The staff was talking behind thier mask and with tables seperating the ordering area between us, she said something and I couldn't quite hear it. I said "I'm sorry, what was that." I got the biggest eye roll from her and then she turned and said something else while facing the other direction. Again I said "I'm sorry, what was that". So she got very irritated and raised her voice repeating something over quicker and quicker which just made it harder to understand and I shook my head because I COULDN'T hear her, I assumed she was saying like white or whole wheat in the end???? I recently visited a Barburrito store for a wrap, and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. One of the employees seemed disinterested and unhelpful, which made the visit unpleasant.

I ask them to use a parchment paper Instead of being accommodating, I was charged extra for this simple dietary necessity. I understand there may be additional costs for specific ingredients, but the lack of empathy and clarity about the charge left a bad impression. moreover I ask him to put guacamole but he charged me for 2x guacamole that’s unacceptable.

I expected better service and consideration, especially when dealing with dietary restrictions. This experience has made me hesitant to return. Just because of some employee you guys are losing the whole reputation...

Me and my wife went to the restaurant for the very first time and wanted to try the rice bowl option but there were two servers who were making fun on us for not having enough food background about BarBURRITO and i was feeling so disgusted that she was literally making us feel it was a crime not to have knowledge about the menu! Instead of helping us choosing the menu she was laughing and taunting us by talking to her co-worker. Me n my wife was so terrified by there behaviour and humiliated as well! Later i called for to talk to manager or supervisor; that girl denied to share the contact number even! So if anyone has issues she won’t let it pass to the manager even!...
