Burger King — Restaurant in Regina

I had a very bad experience this evening may, 14 ,2022 around 6:30pm or 7pm that time at the east prince whales burning king . The lady from the counter who took our order she’s so arrogant.I think she’s from nigiria, Africa , I never had a chance to got her name and I don’t know how to describe her. I just don’t wanna make a scene and get mad at her . I ordered a mushroom burger, which is my bad They don’t served that kind . because I never go to Burger King often And she gave me a dirty looks. instead of giving me the idea what to order. the way she explain and pointing the order menu and the way she talked is very unfriendly and unprofessional. Hello over a month and half ago I wrote to head office burger king. Got a reply from a customer service guy named Elvis lol . I tried to reply and then that email said email postmaster undeliverable . So nothing was done about it. We spent 62$ on burgers and sides. Its was literally some of the WORST food my family has ever gotten from any burger king unfortunately they are usually aw3some ! I have my receipt. Took couple pics. Usually one of the best options for Burger King locally because they use fresh ingredients but they’ve been messing up orders quite often and I recently received a whopper that was clearly old and had just been reheated. By the time I got back home it was cold. it also had cheese on it (I didn’t even order cheese) which made it obvious that it was old because the cheese was completely cold and merged together with bread and patty, as they usually do once sitting for a period of time.
