My friend and I ordered an Iced Chai Latte and a Standard Latte, both with Oatmilk. My Chai Latte, was slightly on the sweet side, while the Standard Latte had a nice rich flavor. My experience took a downturn, resulting sadly in a 2-star rating. The cause? A combination of deceptive billing practices and a notable lack of customer service by the staff. The team was engrossed in their own dialogue, diverting their attention only when someone placed an order. I later found an additional charge of 20 cents for the inclusion of Oatmilk in the Standard Latte. I went back only to be met with an explanation veiled in uncertainty – it's an automatic charge and the machine is programmed that way. Definitely left a poor taste...
