Edit. Last experience was nothing like this one. The new Asian girl on cash hardly said a word and I 100% said a freshii green with protien and she didnt charge me for protien so I had to remind her. Then she proceeded to tell her Asian coworker in her language something which is not polite. Heres another tip. If I get a 16oz smoothie and you put 1 scoop of protein that I pay for inside. But the blender makes 32oz of smoothie. How much of of that one scoop of protein do you think I'm going to get inside of that 16 oz of copper you give me and then share the rest with your employees? I worked at freshii in the beaches you're supposed blend all the ingredients except the protein and then add the protein afterwards and blend in a tiny bit because the Whey Protein expands the liquid might not be your fault that your boss did not to do that but it's actually pretty common sense when you put one scoop of protein in it and it makes a 32-ounce that the customer is not fully getting there one scoop of protein. If I was an integer I would get rid of the girl that was on cash clearly does not care for take her job too serious rolling her eyes probably

However, the last 5 times I've ordered through their own app (I'm not exaggerating), the food preppers are either sitting in a corner, on their phones (away from the tablet that notifies them of an app order) or they're all in the back chatting. Whenever I come in, they act surprised when I ask them for my order. They make it quickly (under 10 minutes), but the entire point of the app is to have it ready to pickup as soon as you arrive.
The first time I thought 10 minutes before showing up maybe wasn't enough time. The second time I showed up 15 minutes after I placed my order and thought maybe it's a software malfunction. By the third time I realized my orders were going through but the workers simply weren't checking the notifications.
The way the app works is that the workers have to accept your order first and then you're notified that your food will be ready in 10 minutes. However, that's not expedient as it depends on workers constantly checking their end of the app. It assumes workers are attentive. Which as I've made clear, the ones at this location are obviously not. Freshii should either fix this on the corporate side, by maybe sending a sound notification to their stores as soon as you place your order and automatically accepting it, not depending on workers to do so, or corporatr should speak to the manager of this location... Btw I...
Read moreI’m a regular costumer at this location, got handed the wrong order by mistake, but I was the only person waiting there, that means the person before me got my order. When I went back to return my order, they ask me: What did you get? Me: I don’t know. (Don’t know the entire menu, just the 2 items I always order.) They started chatting in an unknown language to me (which is fine, I totally understand.) What did you order? Me: Bamboo wrap. (Finally, the right question!) They continue to chat; I’m inclined to assume they were fighting or arguing among themselves. When finally the correct order is prepared, the lady says I need to listen better next time and hands me my wrap, a bit annoying that she assumed that position rather than accepting the mistake, it could happen anywhere I was not upset even though I had to walk back there, I told her even if that was accurate that I did not hear what she said, I was the only one there, the person before me got my order the mistake is done, don’t take this up with your costumers and definitely don’t blame them. Perhaps review how you hand out orders? Not sure if I’m coming back...
