Café Monstrum- Cafeteria en Santiago — Restaurant in Santiago

Good coffee and good bingsu. I have been coming here since long time but the service is getting worse and worse. Today my husband and I went there and ordered one espresso and one bingsu. Unlike other tables, there was no water in glasses being served for us as it's pretty standard when you order espresso. I saw other tables have water even though they ordered only bingsu. I asked for water in glasses and the waitress brought only one glass even though it is so obvious that we are two people and she supposed to serve two. Again, unlike other tables that she just automatically served two glasses of water. I just felt so discriminated and disappointed. When we asked for the bill, again the waitress went to another table that asked for a bill later than us. That was just make no sense. And when we were paying she just automatically add the tips by herself and I wasn't happy to pay. Definitely service of this place could be totally improved. Not sure if I ever feel like...

Hace unos días asistí al lugar con una amiga y al momento de pagar le indiqué a la mesera que lo iba a hacer con amipass , me dijo que no se podía ya que debía ser la boleta completa , lo cual yo quería pagar mi boleta con este método pero la boleta estaba impresa con lo de mi amiga y lo mío y según no hubo problema y pague con tarjeta de débito , luego pasamos al baño antes de retirarnos y escuchamos a la mesera hablar despectivamente del suceso , que su molestia era porque como era un monto bajo y se nos ocurria pagar con amipass , hemos visitado el lugar varias veces y siempre es un problema para la chica que atiende el pagar con amipass , una de esas veces me dió el monto total y lo pague y después de eso me dice de mala manera que la propina no se paga con amipass cuando ella Jamas me indicó eso , de igual forma le di la propina en efectivo( perdí mi dinero de la propina que pagué con amipass) pero no fue amable . Es una gran lastima que por culpa de la atención que tiene la chica no iré más , me encantaba el café y la comida es un lugar para pasar un buen rato y que no sea siempre estar pasando malos ratos y con la antipatía de la chica...

Love love the coffee here! I'm from Australia and I've been frustrated with finding good coffee here in Santiago but I really like the coffee here so I'd recommend it to anyone looking for good coffee. I haven't tried the Korean dessert/bingsu but I'll try to come back one of these...
