Le Fournil — Restaurant in Vitacura

Le Fournil's menu features an all-day brunch and a selection of French pastries, including pain au chocolat, financiers, croissants, canelé, and macarons. I found the poche ($5,990), made with brioche bread, caper mayonnaise, ham, lettuce, avocado, and a fried egg, to be average. However, the mint lemonade ($5,490) was refreshing and the highlight of my meal. The service was friendly, but the staff seemed somewhat aloof regarding the menu options.

The restaurant's opening hours are as follows: Monday to Wednesday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M., Thursday to Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 10:30 P.M., Saturday from 9:00 A.M. to 10:30 P.M., and Sunday from 9:00 A.M....

......we simply feel in love with this restaurant when we first come here! The have that great ambience of relaxation and food enjoyment! The place is big with inside and outside seating! Inside the even have an enclosed terrace! The decor in pleasant! When you look through the windows the niceties that you observe draw you in! Fresh breads and delicious pastries! The breakfast they serve are simple, baguettes with cheese & avocado or scrambled eggs even with fresh fruits! The coffee and Cappuccinos are great and served hot! Se me ocurrió la "Mala idea" de comprar dos cupones a través de Groupon.cl (2 brunch y 2 desayunos) El servicio fue pésimo: empezando por la cajera y su forma de activar los cupones. Los garzones no acomodan y sospecho que ni siquiera están capacitados para atender a clientes "pre-pago" (en proceso de decidir ser cliente frecuente del restaurante)

El servicio de garzonería terrible: varios minutos para poder ordenar los 2 desayunos, y otros minutos mas para que llegara a la mesa. Y para variar llegó todo frío (huevos, omelette, crepette y tostadas) el café tibio.

Al garzón se le olvidó uno de los café y los 2 bowl de yogurt y entramos en discusión, puesto que no entendía por qué le estaba pidiendo un café y 2 yogurt... tuve que recordarle el menú que pedimos; revisó sus apuntes y los trajo de inmediato.

A todo esto, es increíble la falta de prolijidad en los platos: había un bowl de yogurt mas lleno que otro (era muy evidente), y las Crepette de papas y queso chanco había uno con tocino y otro sin tocino.

No sé cual fue el error: comprar cupones o elegir a LE FOURNIL. En resumen, con mi familia nos sentimos clientes de última categoría.
