If you are thinking of the old Bilibala, don't go ever
Personally, very sad writing this review. Been a fan of Bilibala for years, as it has been a great place near home for quality but affordable Yakitori.
Recently visited after renovation/mgmt change and was shocked by the drop in quality. Ingredients seemed lower quality, pork belly smelled like it was straight out of the fridge, chicken oysters were half the normal size, and the newly introduced sauce based menus felt like they were to hide the drop in quality.
Overall, felt like they took a bad turn with new mgmt to offer low quality food using low quality ingredients. Very sad to close...
Read moreSorry not try to ruin their business but have to tell the truth. I’ve visited here 2yrs before, was quite good so coming back this time but totally disappointed. Food not match the description and taste terrible. *especially that scallop I can’t help to think how many yrs been in the freezer, still have that freezer taste and fishy.

小編其實被店名吸引—「Bilibala」才來derr~😂 因為係附近返工, 每次lunch見到,都覺得好chill, 咁啱小妹早收工,又想食串燒,就黎試下啦!😏
「Yakitori」也即是「焼き鳥」, 但其實餐廳不止是燒雞, 還有其他串燒和小食供應呢! 而且款式多樣化~
咁岩呢到做緊3週年優惠, 除平日做緊嘅happy hour所以酒精飲品75折優惠外, 凡生日月份更可享有全單額外85折優惠! 咁我呢個三月壽星真係好抵食喎!😎
既然係happy hour, 梗係要飲返杯啦!🍶 食日式串燒,飲返杯sake就最岩啦!😏 楯野川純米大吟醸 入口時有清爽的果香味,甜甜地,幾易入口。 值得一讚的是, 餐廳用嘅酒壺和酒杯都是店主精心從日本🇯🇵挑選回來的, 每一隻都是獨一無二der♥️~(同小妹嘅指甲好襯呀☺️😂)
食串燒前, 店家先附上三種sauce dipping, 有味噌、梅子和柚子口味, 幾有特色~
舞茸黑豚卷($58) 金菇肥牛卷就食得多, 配搭舞茸倒是第一次見!😂 舞茸比金菇更爽口多汁, 捲上燒得鹹香惹味嘅黑豚肉, 味道新穎美味。
粟米(兩件)($48)用左牛油燒, 面頭燒得微焦,裏頭又唔會太dry,不錯!
雞翼(兩隻)($36) 外皮燒得香脆,裡面的雞肉保持着嫩滑多汁, 鹽燒味道剛好,不會過鹹。
燒白鱔($88) 魚皮燒得香脆, 魚肉厚實,又有口感!
(鳥)唐揚炸雞($88) 炸雞外皮炸得香脆可口, 值得一讚是炸粉薄薄的, 而且用上嫩滑嘅雞脾肉, 一咬開便爆汁,勁juicy, 蘸上旁邊嘅沙拉醬,簡單又美味!😋
茄子($25) 茄子肉軟綿入味, 加上日本木魚碎,鮮味十足!
北海道帶子($88)足足有3L咁大, 外頭燒至香口,裏頭7成熟, 保留了帶子嘅海水鹹鮮~幾抵食喎!😎
豚角煮(鹿兒島)($68) 五花腩肉次層分明, 豬皮炆煮得入味,咬落又有膠質, 加上蔥絲一起吃,更添香口!
豬手($88) 細細隻的嫩豬手,煮得軟腍入味, 用筷子就可以輕易起到骨, 咬落充滿膠質,豐富嘅骨膠原呀,絕對值得一試!👍🏻
雞骨腸($32)燒得香口, 鹹香惹味,真是一個不錯的佐酒菜! 店家還很細心地用錫紙包住骨頭嘅部份,方便食用。☺️
燒芝士年糕(一件)($28) 芝士年糕外皮燒得香口,裏面煙煙韌韌, 由於是燒的關係, 比往常在放題吃的更別有一番風味, 喜歡吃芝士年糕的話不可錯過!😏
豆腐 ($32) 豆腐烤得外皮很脆,裏面則是軟嫩derrr~ 外皮塗上了特調醬汁, 香甜可口,好滋味~😋❤️
玉子蛋($58) 燒得細緻嫩滑, 裏面保留了七成熟,蛋味突出,入口即溶!
鵝肝($118) 多士烤得香口, 鵝肝豐膄甘香,而且一點兒也不覺羶, 值得一試!👍🏻
