Steam dumpling in soup with shark fin. The broth is aromatic and flavourful. Sharkfin texture is great.

Shrimp stuffed beancurd roll is well fried and not oily. Crispy beancurd skin and chewy shrimp fillings. The shrimp meat and shrimp paste are well marinated and wrapped up.

Pan fried turnip cake texture are great and aromatic. Well pan fried and not oily.

Upscale Chinese restaurant run by one of Hong Kong's TV Chef celebrities. Traditional Chinese dishes with a twist. Presentation of the dishes is beautiful and the taste will certainly be delightful. Staff is polite but not going the extra mile to make the customer truly happy. English speaking level is OK but not outstanding. Corkage for our own brought Champagne was waived, probably as a gesture for the long wait (Covid-19 restrictions on gatherings and restaurants...
