Louis Koo Cinema, Hong Kong Arts Centre — Local services in Hong Kong

Came here for the film festival as a student with a friend. Forgot one of the ticket at the RC, send three messages to the cinema to ask them if it was still ok Seen the message but never respond. Arrived at the entrance, ask nicely while showing the receipt and the app ticket asking if we can enter. Guy start being rude, send me to an other location. Arrived at the ticketing outlet, waitress had already been on the phone with the guy from before. Tell me that I have to buy another ticket, tried asking nicely since I have participied at the movie festival since 18th of March. Show me some paper, had to buy an other ticket to go and see the movie. People were really rude But except this, the complex and the seats were really nice. Still enjoyed the movie. A great cinema in Hong Kong. Conveniently located a short five minute walk from the Wan Chai MTR Station. A little hard to get to, but a high-end film venue in a building of art studios. Nice seats, carpeted and great sound....
