My friend and I were exploring other clubs and wanted to try this club for its hype. First time here, and it was not what I expected.

The entrance staff was decent. Paid 300HKD for entrance + drink.

When we got our first drink (from a pony tail haired lady), I requested less ice. I thought it was still too much but I just let it be and force drank it because It was my fault for not being specific enough and I didn’t want to be an inconvenience.

Dancing, we didn’t know we were standing in a path way, and the staff told us to move away in quite a rude manner. But you know what, we didn't say anything. - Okay we moved, no problem. On top of that, I understand clubs can get busy but the staffs were touching/pushing people to get through.

After a while, we went back to the bar to purchase a drink (this time from a short haired lady). And this time, I specifically requested my drink to have 2 ice cubes. Yes, It may sound like a weird request but I can’t drink too cold of a drink. I teach kids, and I know my throat would be affected and I didn’t want to get sick. I always request this no matter in bars, restaurants, etc. I would say it’s a pretty simple request.

She made us our drinks and again, my drink had too much ice. (almost half the cup). I didn’t want to force drink it again and hey, I paid for the drink so I said “excuse me, sorry, I think it’s too much ice, I can’t drink too cold”. She then sighs and gave me an attitude look, then strained the ice from my drink and left it in front of me. That whole situation triggered me.

“I” apologized for “your” mistake. And she acted like it was the biggest task. And on top of that, when she was handling other customers, she was smiling and acting different. But you know what, I’ll give it another chance. I finished my drink and ask the same short haired lady to make me the same drink. Same rude attitude.

Honestly, I would say I was generally nice to her so I thought to myself, “what on earth did I do to you?”. And the more I noticed, the customers she handled from MY observation were either Whites and mainly East Asian. I can’t help but think, “Is she racist?”. I hate to think that way and asked my friend to give me any other reason as to why. But we will never know, right?

All I know is that I felt disrespected and even after that, I said thank you to her because I’m not that kind of person. She nodded while showing me, yet again the same rude attitude look.

While trying to ask for directions to the washroom, a staff said there’s one inside (where the dancing area is) and one outside (the area where there are chairs and tables for casual drinking). Okay, inside too crowded, let’s go to the one outside. We went all the way at the back and we reached out of the club. Who would have thought that when he said outside, he literally meant outside as in the public toilet. What is this madness. I was flabbergasted.

And after drinking, I actually got a really bad stomach ache. Normally in other bars, they will open a new canned coke when served. But over there, they used a hose, I assume a Keg? I don’t vomit after a night out but that messed me up pretty bad and I vomited that night and even lost my voice…

What a night. Rude staff, bad drinks, amazing directions. The only good comment I have is for the DJ. Shout out to DJ Martin. Good mixes of pop, hip hop and EDM.

This review will probably do nothing but I hope they take action, and learn from it. Of course, customers can be rude and be a nuisance too. I used to work in f&b and in a club as well in my early years so I understand. But why be rude to people who don’t deserve it? I can’t accept disrespect, rudeness and my gut told me to write this, even though it's super long - it's important. I thank my patience and tolerance for that night and in my every day life. I don’t think I’ll be coming back unless they...

Unbelievably rude service from their hostess. We went there for dinner last week, and the blonde Chinese hostess gave the most unpleasant service we’ve ever came across. First of all there was no greetings when we arrived, then she lost our reservation, had us waiting in a completely empty restaurant (at 1830) for 10 minutes, no apologies, wouldn’t even offer us to have a seat while they sort out their mistake. When we asked if we could sit outside, in a completely empty restaurant, she just said ‘NO’ and kept walking. We asked for drinks and she rolled her eyes and didn’t acknowledge our order. The restaurant certainly pride themselves as a high end restaurant but her service absolutely did not match. Fortunately her manager, on the other hand, was a very attentive gentlemen, gave us a very good service, as well as the other waiters in the restaurant. But this hostess ruined this...

Very disappointing, Prices are fine for a club, and toilet was clean. They don’t serve food anymore, which isn’t updated on their website, music is way less than basic, and the sound system is so basic. The most disappointing was the attitude of their body guards (i believe they were both Indians), they literally will curse at you, and touch u to move u away without permission (btw, just because i was standing at the entrance, literally! And no one was waiting for me to move or anything! That was the bodyguard at the entrance beside the hostess desk, he was wearing hat) and the place is small too. Only the ladies at the entrance are extremely polite and friendly, Overall very disappointing for such...
