I did make reservations online. But by the looks most ppl did simply rock up and got a table. Staff was switched on and knew how to place random groups around. So there was always at least a table for 2 available. I like that. My partner immediately opted for their margarita special which was 190$ - as many as you want - had 3 flavors ( lime, strawberry and something else) ( their fav drink - its like Homer S. with all you can eat buffet) and Tacos while i chose grilled meat option and chilly fries. My meal was fresh , the meat was perfectly cooked, fries had heat to them and they also provider you with 3 bottles of different salsa Verde type of sauces. ( just typing this now , I am salivating ) The service was friendly and prompt - and the guy didn't even write orders down and got them all correct . Read moreArrived on a Saturday 8.15pm, being told they are still full we have to wait. Agreed and waited for 15 minutes, until seeing 2 tables were empty and a group of 4 walked straight to one of the tables by themselves.
Finally got our table and waited for another 15 minutes. Found that group was served with food and drinks, another table of 2 seated after us got drinks in their hands. We have been all the way polite and patiently waiting. Waiter avoids eyes contact while we were trying to get attention, no one even trying to take our order at all.
More than 30 mins of waiting we saw frustrated customers asked for their bill and it took more than 20 mins to settle, sending wrong food or serving to the wrong table a few times, or serving the food but no cutleries, waiter would rather tidy up receipts in stead of taking orders. Hot food passing on top of customers' head.
