壺 Potion House (Central Branch) — Restaurant in Hong Kong

I bookmarked this place long ago but never got the chance to try as I don’t go to central often. But dang, what a let down!!! I ordered an Apple osmanthus tea which doesn’t taste like apple nor osmanthus at all!! In fact, the tea tasted like water!!! I even got them to remove the ice so can’t even blame it on the ice! The white bubble was not good either. I went after lunch hour, so maybe because peak hour is over, the two staff decided to chill in the back room. It took me awhile to get their attention and when I finally got my drink, she forgot to add the bubble that I paid for so I had to go back…which by this point the lady already returned to the back room, so I had to wait again to get their attention!!! Such a disappointment - never again! The drink was not cheap...

my first time trying this taiwanese bubble tea spot! i got to try one of their seasonal coconut menu; pistachio coconut with boba 🥜🥥 it’s nutty, chewy and refreshing! i have to also mention that the pistachio blend is pretty filling, so if you’d like to go for a heavier one, this one’s for you 💚 my other order was the premium black tea with silky-smooth soybean milk jelly. such a unique combination that incorporates one of hong kong classics! 🤎

Went to Baseball for lunch with colleagues, and decided to buy drinks from this bubble tea store after lunch. . I selected TieGuanYin Milk Tea. The tea flavour was fragrant and blended nicely with the milk, making the drink smooth to have. A nice drink to sooth my thirst after having spicy food.
