When one thinks about Mong Kok, they don't typically think about eating sushi. They'd be right. Sushi express is one of the last bastions of conveyor belt sushi in Hong Kong. I had only wish they served up better dishes. While the prices are ultra affordable, with a majority of the plates being $8 HKD. With such a low price point, we really can't expect much. But it does well in a pinch as long as you go during busier periods as they are constantly churning out dishes to put on the belt. The fish isn't the tastiest, but at least it's fresh.
