Food is not bad and the place is spacious. I went for lunch with my friends at 12. There were no other customers yet. Immediately I felt very unwelcome. They have a few Korean servers and one local server. The service at this place is worse than some of the local HK Cha Chaan Teng. Every time we need something the server came to us very unwillingly. And they just gave you a rude and bad attitudes. Very unwilling to do anything for you. Their dishes were pretty good. But their server’s attitudes ruined all of our appetite. There are many other Korean restaurants in HK now with much better service. I will not recommend this place to anyone. You don’t want to go to a place you feel like you have to beg them to...

Food is fair Service? No service at all! Even you press the ring button to call waiter, no one come and while come even not say a word, use the hand ask u go out to check! Such a terrible manner charge 10%? The Korean boy bring the food to table not even introduce and oil fall on the table until we ask for help! Not cleaning of course.

It cost HKD over $800 for 2 with a plate of meat only with no service, the fire of the pot stop after he light up. No one taking care even water request few times. Never seen a smile or feeling welcome! Even not half customer already with such black face and horrible attitude.
