<The Best Japanese Udon Restaurant in 852> You know a restaurant is good when it’s still busy at 20:45 on a Tuesday night. Luckily, my friend and I made a reservation and secured a table for two. We ordered two udon dishes to share as a post workout dinner. The first one is a Chicken Udon in White Chicken Broth. It was absolutely amazing! The white chicken broth was supreme! It’s not greasy, and rich in chicken flavor. Very enjoyable to drink it alone. The pieces of chicken in it was so tender and smooth. And the udon? This is the first time that I have thin udon noodles like this, and it gave me a very pleasant surprise with its al dente texture as well as its ability to soak up chicken broth. Absolutely fantastic! The other udon we ordered was a cold one — Mentaiko Potato Salad Udon. It was oh-so-good too! The mentaiko was mildly spicy, and it was thoroughly mixed with the udon noodles. Love it dearly and it’s so refreshing! We were told that the potatoes were replaced with croquettes, which were so tasty also! My friend also got us two pieces of fried chicken as a complimentary gift for new member. The freshly fried chicken pieces were so enjoyable! Crispy batter skin wrapping juicy and meaty chicken. What more you can ask for? Definitely visiting again for the inexpensive and high quality of udon dishes!

hot udon with bean curb skin w/o tempura flakes - 4/5 hot broth was decent on a pretty hot and humid day in hk. udon is the thinner kind. it also comes with pickled radishes and bean curb sushi (room temp and onc pc) white/pearl fresh eel skewers-3.8/5 fish was fresh, but skin was over burnt. a little pricey for 2 too ($78hkd) taste like sashimi when complimented with the sauce. i guess how to fish is being prepared really affects how it tastes to me it’s my forth time here anyway. if i go back to the same restaurant that’s mean i like them not to mention i look forward to it every time when i think of it. :) remember to go early for lunch because they close at 3pm. (don’t stick around for too long because workers gotta rest and eat lunch too) and last order is around 2:38pm

There are endless Japanese dining options in Hong Kong, but Inaniwa Yosuke ranks highly on my list for one of the best in the city. Located on the 17th floor of Prince Tower in Tsim Sha Tsui, diners can feast whilst admiring the Victoria Harbour backdrop. We all ordered set lunches with an additional side of the thin ramen. The ramen was light and its broth was incredibly tasty. My tempura combo set includes what tastes like a tempura oyster, and it was divine! For the high quality level of food, generous portions and reasonable prices, Inaniwa Yosuke is an absolute gem in TST. Highly recommend!

The food is ok, as other mention not value for money in my opinion too. The 3 star is more about when ordering sake we needed to pay extra per person for it because they say is a custom to add a small (not so good) side snack to it. They will add extra per cup. We had already ordered several dishes and wanted to have some sake for the food. Think the little plate cost 20-25hkd, so we needed to pay extra on top of the sake bottle as we where 4 person drinking sake. Had we just had the sake like in Izakaya bars, then it will be "fine" to add the small snack, but when we had ordered several different dishes and then needed to pay on top in order to drink sake then it really gives you an off taste of the whole experience. The sum is not big 100hkd for 4 person, but i would rather order some snack that i like instead of being forced to get something you don't like and pay for it. It...
