So far one of the best places in the area ! Shop is accessible easily right from the street. No need to take any elevator or searching in some complicated shopping mall. It is located on the ground floor of the building corner. Very good spot in interesting part of TST area. Amazing and very civilised place. Not noisy or too busy place. - great and helpful stuff - nice music ( decent volume ) - moderately spacious, no luck of space indoors just OK - nice window view on the street when sitting in - various types of products, many of them with no added sugar ( i guess ) - they have even one type of gluten free chocolate cake with nuts! - good materials used for furniture and equipment ( feels like no attempt to save every single coin on every possible thing ) - atmosphere is warm but also good for sitting and doing some works on the table / reading - several types of coffee available ( served in solid nice cups ) - good toilet room ( spacious and mostly clean ) - nice lighting - comfortable and various seating options Not sure whether the prices are reasonable generally. Every piece of bakery product they have seems to be bit overpriced and those small salad boxes are definitely expensive, looking onto the size and content. At least is good they have several non-meat options which seems to be still rare in HKG.

Compare to the ones in Japan, disappointing.... Staff are... It is ok.... Standard Hong Kong management, as everyone knows service in HK are just not as goos as before.... Food.... Meh.....overpriced cookies. Croissant sandwiches are just mediocre, can get better from M&S, for cheaper price. Same as the chocolate chip cookie, better from M&S. Cannot find the "hong kong special" turmeric bread by itself.(they sell the tirmeric in japan and france, may be not the same kind, but simular) seems to be only in sandwiches, salmon or chia and avacado. Tried the salmon one.... The salmon taste took over the whole sandwich.. Not recommended. Also tired Curry sandwich, it was good tho, lots of filling, tasted well. Better than expected. Had the pear almond tart, good enough. Look forward to going to the one in HK Island, hope they have better service there. Went twice, 1st time in the afternoon for coffee, service was normal. 2nd time in the morning 11ish... Feeling not wanting to return again because seems to be judged by my outfit. Well. 有錢人不是一定出街揮霍, 但你服務唔得食物又唔得, 有$冇$都唔L俾$你囉。

Masion Eric Kayser is a Parisian based boulangerie which as done very well since first opening up in Hong Kong probably 7-8 years ago now. They now have a fair number of their French bakeries scattered around the city, including this branch on Minden Ave. in TST. Opening hours are 7am to 8.30pm daily. There is a small indoor seating area. You can also order take-away or have orders delivered through deliveroo if you prefer to have orders sent to your home, office or area hotel. We recently passed by this Eric Kayser and enjoyed their coffee and breakfast bread items. The cheese and bacon danish and slice of carrot cake were very good. Even better was the ham & cheese croissant sandwich. The croissant was light, flaky and the ham and cheese of very good quality. Coffee orders tasted just fine. This was a similar experience to those had at several Eric Kayser bakeries on Hong Kong Island. We'll continue to frequent their branches from time to time, as long as their bakery products remain of a consistently good quality.

Unprofessional service! I told the staff to have “a set” including coffee, dessert & quiche when I ordered. Just after payment and when I saw the invoice, the Matcha latte was not included in a set. I asked the staff to change immediately to another coffee and she said the Matcha latte was already made! (Oh so quick action! It happened just within one to two seconds!!!) I clearly said what I want (a set with 3 items - that’s my 1st sentence I said when ordering) but she never told me Matcha latte cannot be counted. All the items almost are of a la carte prices. Why do I need to order a set meal? If Matcha latte cannot be ordered in a set, she can inform me but NO!

It’s not the 1st time this cafe overcharged! Charge $10 more for the same items as the first visit when I came again to Wan Chai branch the second times. Their excuse was cashier error! In fact that is unprofessional service - the staff doesn’t know the prices!

This was my 3rd time visiting this maison and the last time. My advice: Check the bill if you...
