This Saturday I came with my wife who is on wheelchair. As there was space next to my table, I asked the staff if I could put our wheelchair at the space. The staff did not allow and said she could help us to put our wheelchair. Finally she put our wheelchair outside the restaurant which is a common access road for all people. She did ask us if we could see the wheelchair. Although it was within our vision, we could see a few part of it as most part are blocked by the windows frame and the seat in front of the frame. In addition we could not keep our eyes on the wheelchair every second. As we feel unsecured with the place the wheelchair is put we told the staff we need to put the wheelchair inside the restaurant. The staff agreed reluctantly. I took the wheelchair and put at the space just back of the cashier. I have reservation on the way the staff handle the belongings. I notice there were guests put their baggages between two tables, why a wheelchair cannot be placed similarly? The space I suggest to put did not block any person or the staff. I strongly suggest the management should review the handling...

Read moreThe soup is extremely salty, the spring onion looks a bit greyish and tastes not fresh. The meat is too hard to chew and tasteless. It cost $115 for a soup, a rice dish and an iced lemon tea, totally overpriced and you can get better anywhere with half of the price in TST. Service is horrible, I asked for a table and the reception told me to get a ticket from the machine 10m away and come back to him, he's not busy at all. Food is speedy, got the soup immediately after I placed the order, not with the waitress but to scan the qr code. Rice came right after the soup, don't even know how they can do it within 30 seconds after I ordered. After I finished the rice, the lemon is still missing, and it is served after 10 minutes and twice I called the waiter to follow up. There are plenty of flies in the restaurant too. At the end I have to go to the reception to paid the bill with 10% service charge on top. I didn't see any service at all. Not...
