Honestly, sitting in this restaurant, waiting for someone to come over and offer me a menu, maybe ask if I'd like a drink while I check out their options, I started to wonder if I was in the right place for breakfast. Spoiler alert: I was not. Not only did I fail to get the energy boost I needed, but my mood sank even lower. The menu is, to put it nicely, "unique." It's hard to understand what exactly will end up on your plate, and the staff isn't much help in that department. In fact, they seem genuinely puzzled by simple questions, which is a red flag. To be honest, I didn't dare pick on my own; instead, I glanced around at other tables and started asking what people were eating. It sounds like a joke, but really, what choice did I have? Eventually, I settled on something that, based on a fellow diner's description, sounded like it wouldn't kill me (Pato Carne Campesino). It would have been smarter to leave and find another place, but I was starving, so I took the risk. Let's just say the risk didn't pay off. The place is located very near to the 93 park, it is very easy to spot. The decoration is very nice, creative and on point with the topic. The kitchen is kinda open, the illumination is good and the seats are comfortable. The staff is super friendly and will answer any questions and do good suggestions. The biosafety protocols are completely met by the staff and the visitants, the sitting is well organized. The menu is very original and all of the food pictures make you hungry and you will want to eat a lot of different things. The food is very tasty and delightfull for the eyes (and it definitely match the food in the pictures, the plates presentation is excellent). Delicious and super fresh! There was a complimentary mint or ginger-type tea as soon as we walked in and we were seated almost immediately even though they seemed full. For drinks, we ordered a simple espresso which came with a nice little cookie, (a touch I love when I order an espresso), and a mandarin and mango juice which was delicious and had a cute heart-shaped mango garnish.
