The restaurant has a nice ambiance and decor. We didn’t book a table and we’re seated within seconds. Most of the staff don’t speak English.
Menu is very diverse and has lots of choice. Don’t go here if you don’t eat meat!
We ordered Juniper ginger beer (which had a vanilla taste) and red fruit juice, which was thick, more like a smoothie but still good.
We chose the pulled pork nachos (sufficient for 2!) as a starter which was amazing. Nachos were crispy and warm. There was enough meat for all of the nachos. It’s came with a little bit of soft mozzarella and shredded cheese. They could have been more generous with this as there wasn’t enough for all nachos. The nachos came with a little guacamole, sour creams and pico de gallo. We did ask for some extra guac and pico de gallo because the portions were too small.
Unfortunately they served our main before we finished our starter.
As a main we both chose Bife al Barril. Only one side dish was included. We chose sautéed vegetables and paid for thick chips with truffel mayonaise. Vegetables were perfectly prepared and covered with a sweet dressing. Steaks were both prepared perfectly to our liking but unfortunately the meat was too tough to get through. I mentioned this and was given a different steak knife. Also the cut wasn’t great as my steak had tendons in the meat.
The staff were ready to serve us at all times and stood within eyesight, just a little too close.
When we asked to pay they asked for a tip. Usually I tip but as I mentioned my steak was tough and the solution was a steak knife… I did speak in Spanish...

We ordered a drink each from the bar and even though there were 3 people working there, it seemed like forever but they finally served the drinks. My son had ordered the salmon and strangely enough the waiter asked him how he would like it cooked. My wife ordered one of the hamburger choices and I ordered the barbecued ribs. Both of these dishes came with your choice of fried potatoes or a salad. We both ordered the salad. This also took a very long time which I could forgive if the place was busy, but it wasn't. Anyway, my son said his salmon was mediocre, as did my wife about her hamburger. I tasted it too and I agreed. It seems that I was the only one that was happy. My Ribs were delicious. Soft, like falling off the bone, and a very tasty barbecue sauce. Delicious. Well...that's it. I will leave it up to you. You can try this place if you like and see...
Read moreBárbaro it’s a meat lover restaurant. Offering meat oriented dishes combined with potatoes and veggies. The dishes are big so be sure to have a lot of space to eat a starter and a main dish. The specialty is the BBQ ribs. It has a good arquitectural design.

Starters: Flamed in vodka mozzarella di búfala with artesanal mermelada. Very good! 9/10
Crunchy pulled pork with guacamole and nachos, nice and big with a lot of meat. 7/10
Main dishes: Slow cooked Smoked BBQ Ribs 9/10 great dish. delicious BBQ ribs and the fries with honey mustard that come with it where great.
Salmon with Sparragus, 8/10 good tasty, good size.
Shrimp Tacos, 7/10 ok. Could use a little more flavor. The came with a pieces of plastic bag!!…. Hopefully it never happens again. They offered a very small discount...
