Customer service needs some attention. This is normally a great place to eat, the food and staff are usually lovely and I say this from the perspective of a foreigner now living in the Czech Republic. However, a female staff member was incredibly rude and confrontational today after I sat down on establishment seating outside. She was furious that I sat there, despite there being no signage or indication that the ‘normal’ seating was out of bounds… today. As I am no stranger to accidentally sitting in the wrong place, I completely understand that it must be frustrating for staff, but regardless, there is never justification for having to endure being spoken to the way I was. The interiors of the old salt trading office building have been beautifully restored and converted into a chic and fancy micro-brewery. Talking about that, of course they brew their own beer. No commercial beer but five homemade tap varieties. The food was awesome - literally anything we tried. And getting good food in this part of Czechia is not easy. The beef tartare as well as chicken liver pâté were fantastic, and so were the...
