The location of the pension is perfect. There is also a restaurant under the pension where you can have a drink and some food and snacks. The restaurant staff helped me to check-in earlier than the scheduled time in the morning, which I should thank for, as I was quite tired that day. The sheets, carpets were clean and the room was quite comfortable. The bathroom is also very nice with all the necessary cleaning products to refresh and clean. The furniture is modern and nicely decorated. The beds were too soft and a bit uncomfortable, though, which I think such a nice place should have already improved in. The room price per night could also be a bit cheaper but the overall prices in the city are a also a bit higher...

Very good place indeed. The room was big and clean. It had the fridge. Hairdryer. Bathroom was huge and good looking. Hotel is clean. Room is very comfortable indeed. The staff was helpful and very kind. Polite and nice. They have just amazing breakfast. Tasty and delicious . Wide choice for healthy diet and good choice for everyone who likes eating :) nicest restaurant. They have good bar indeed. Location is perfect as it's just in the centre. We are totallysatisfied...

Dnešní návštěva hostince nebyla šťastná volba. Nazval bych to takovou lidovou groteskou. V době obědů postupně začali ubývat jídla z poledního menu jedno za druhým. U stolu jsme si objednali několik jídel a mezi nimi 2x biftečky s kaší a po chvíli chtěli objednat ještě jednu porci tohoto jídla s sebou. Číšník po chvilce přišel oznámit, že je to další jídlo v nabídce, které už není. Následně dostáváme na stůl jídla. To naše (biftečky) nám spíš přijde, jako dětská porce. Jeden kus masa mletého hovězího ala hamburger s kaší a konec. Po chvíli máme dojedeno, zatímco ostatní stále jí a koukáme po lokále. K vedlejším stolům začne výdej biftečků co už "nejsou" a ještě k tomu kupodivu 2 kusy masa 😂. Při placení se na to ptáme obsluhy, proč ten rozdíl v porcích?? Tři lidi z obsluhy a ani jeden není schopen věty. Slovo z nich dostat je nadlidský výkon. Slečna vezme kasírku a jde k terminálu vyjet účet. Jdu za ní, jak to teda vymyslela, že plnou cenu za poloviční porci platit nebudu. Opět ani slovo a už drží účtenku v ruce. Nakonec nám jedno jídlo nepočítala, ale komunikace s hosty otřesná. Taková věc se stát může, ale mrzí mě, že se k tomu nikdo z obsluhy nedokázal postavit čelem. Uznat chybu, omluvit se a případně s nápadem, že nebudou jednu porci počítat přijít sám. Na jídlo...
