I went into this little shop for a cup of tea but ended up having a beer instead (which was actually cheaper than tea 🤣). I also ordered a slice of cheesecake which was fresh and delicious. It's a very small shop with only a few seats but it had a cosy vibe. The shop manager, Andre, was very helpful and kind and spoke English very well. I asked him a few questions about authentic Czech food and he recommended several dishes to try during my stay in Prague. Read moreDisgusting experience, not because of the food (normal to good) but the girl cooking was extremely sick and coughing all the time in front of the food, grasping things with hands before placed in mucous tissues... So the hygiene was really not there at all. I am sorry but a person treating with food has to be in bed in that state. Not to mention the tiny tiny tables, where it was impossible to eat, let alone be comfortable at all. And ultimately, the food was incredibly expensive, ridiculous amount of money paid at the end for such a poor experience....

The place is small but cozy, I found a little table :) Its also not the cheapest, but absolutely worth the price, as everything is fresh and homemade, and owners are very involved in quality. The selling man (I do not know the name) who works on Sundays is very nice, likes to chat and tell stories.
