One of our (if not our) favorite restaurant(s) in Prague. And here's why: the food is just amazing, it's cozy inside, there is great service and the prices are affordable. Also, it's not just a ''standard Prague" Vietnamese restaurant. It's more than unique. The sticky rice with honey garlic is mesmerizing, every. single. time... The way they cook the pork is just amazing. Usually, I am not too much into pork, and my wife does not eat it at all. Except, at Bitter sweet. The rice is also cooked great and taste good on its own too. Furthermore: the waitress is very friendly and recognises us by now, maybe already knowing what standard dish I'm taking, as I've been here a lot of times. Read moreToo many places in Prague are referred to as hidden gems, but this is with no doubt a hidden gem and a must-go. I was lucky enough to enter this lovely bistro by coincidence, when me and my girlfriend were waiting for a bus nearby and wanted a cup of coffee. When I tried their iced coffee I immediately fell in love! Vietnamese iced coffees are too awesome, and their coffee is by far the best one I have ever had. Few days later we came back for food, and the experience was incredible. The service was super kind and you can sense in every bite that the food is made with love. AMAZING bao-buns!!! I would have kept this secret to myself, but I really want them to succeed and survive these tough times. Therefore I recommend everyone to check it out and have the best Vietnamese food and coffee in Prague....

From the food I tried: Fresh spring rolls -- very nice. Plus points for serving them with peanut sauce. Banh Goi -- crispy, resembles fried spring rolls, but has eggs inside, and looks nicer; and it's a bit addictive. Wonton soup -- must try - the dumplings soup is amazing.
Very friendly staff; nice service. Seems like a family-owned business.
