And because there is a Czech chef and a Brazilian one, you get interesting combos, which they are willing to customize. And...

They use paper to-go containers, so no worries about more plastic waste while to-go is so important. That alone is reason to try this place. Want another?

I went to B&T with a friend who said that this place were recommended to her. First impression was good. The staff was nice and attentive. However it was quite cold inside. Every time the door was opened it became super cold inside. On top of that cold gin cocktails with ice did not make one more warm neither the poke bow. Maybe this place is better for summer. Regarding the food and drinks. I liked gin cocktails. I had some basic ones. The salmon poke bowl was pretty meh. Full of pickled veggies and too much soy sauce which was very salty. The eclectic menu lives up to its promise — the Fried Cauliflower, Salmon Teriyaki Poke, Flank Steak and Miso Chocolate dessert were all delicious. The atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy, chill and great place for a dinner date, brunch or even drinks. The Gin & Tonic menu is robust, offering a playful, colorful and flavorful take on the classic cocktail. Of course if you want Beer or any other drink the bar is well equipped. The service was great, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this gem of a restaurant / bar and will definitely return when I pass through...
