Burrito Loco — Restaurant in Prague

I've been here quite a few times without a hiccup, the food's been good and i was happy. Well today I am a changed man. The rice in the burrito was harder than my morning wood. I've never heard of such thing as crunchy rice until today. The lettuce seemed like it came straight from the freezer and the meat was most likely not hot to begin with. In short, the burrito was cold, sad, disappointing and honestly quite depressing. Something smelled like old brownish-green wet slimy lettuce that you find at the bottom of the veggie basket in your fridge, probably the lettuce. I cannot express my utter grief that I have suffered whilst eating this meal. The staff was not friendly at all, i really hope this was a one off and I'll come back to try this place again when I get through the great personal pain my experience here inflicted on me. If you’re looking for a good amount of mexican food options, the burrito loco is the one for you. It is fast food but it’s very delicious. The vegetarian options are good as well as the meals are customizable. To make it veggie, you can add beans and choose your spiciness. However, it is quite expensive and the staff wasn’t really patient and friendly. If you’re a foreigner you can’t possibly translate all the options that fast. Sadly I can only confirm that this joint doesn't pay attention to the orders. First time we ordered an item from our order was missing. We let it go since everyone can make a mistake. Now we have built our burritos and received black beans instead of pinto beans and they have mixed salsas (hot instead of mild). Upon contacting the restaurant via site we ordered from, we received a response that the restaurant will try (yes! will try) not to mix the orders in the future and for the salsa they blamed us for having low threshold for spiciness.
