EASY’s Pizza by MATOKA — Restaurant in Prague

I visited EASY’s Pizza by MATOKA with modest expectations, but what I experienced was next-level.

🍕 I tried the Chicken Caesar Pizza and the Margherita – both were absolutely outstanding. • The Chicken Caesar Pizza was a flavor bomb – juicy grilled chicken, perfectly balanced creamy sauce, and just the right amount of cheese, all brought together with a crispy, fresh crust. Never thought Caesar could be this good on a pizza! • The Margherita was simplicity done right. The tomato sauce was rich and fresh, the mozzarella clearly high-quality, and the crust had that ideal crispy-chewy balance. It made me rethink what a “basic” pizza could be.

🧑‍🍳 The person running the place, Mohammed Sadiq, is Muslim and told me that all the food is halal. That was important for me and made me feel even more comfortable enjoying the meal. (Still, I’d recommend anyone who visits to double-check, just to be sure.)

✨ The atmosphere is casual, clean, and welcoming. Service was fast, and everyone was polite and professional.

I have ordered total of three pizzas from this venue, each at a different time. Due to being new, they have amazing discounts at Wolt. Sour dough base is what differs them from others. Although they receive a lot orders at a time and try to deliver them at once, pizza still comes warm enough, if not hot.

I tried pepperoni twice. First one was very delicious, while the second one being mediocre (most probably due to high demand). They are generous on the ingredients. No mistakes on the size, exactly 45 cm each. Bases are not so thin or so thick. Normal, roughly half a centimeter. I love crusty sides and with the help of sour dough, sides were crusty outside and fluffy inside. Perfect for my taste.

I also tried meat pizza today. It was also delicious. Needed it to be hot and spicy and they read the note, which is nice. Crushed hot peppers were also added, which was awesome.

Packaging is good. No mess, no spoils at all. I don't usually leave reviews on Google for delivery orders but they deserved...

Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We ordered through the restaurant’s own website and the food never arrived even after an hour and a half. When we called the restaurant they just told us to contact Wolt, even though I don’t have a Wolt account and ordered directly from the restaurant. So I download Wolt app and contact their support just to be told that I need to speak with the restaurant. The staff were completely unhelpful and basically pushed the problem onto us.
