Hidden Wine Bistro at Seasons — Restaurant in Prague

Inside the Hilton Prague is this amazing restaurant. After 18 plus hours of flying and checking in we were very pleased to find this gem. Menu had authentic Czech items plus the obligatory US steaks!

Décor was modern with very comfortable lighting, not so dark so you couldn’t see anything. The staff were very pleasant from beginning to end, very accommodating.

Let’s start with the plate of bread with French butter and olive dust, tasty tasty tasty! I had the Ribeye which was cooked to perfection, the waiter Jakub knew exactly how the steak should be done, I was not disappointed as he also managed to accompany it with what looked like foraged mushrooms. My son had a “plain cheeseburger” which was not plain at all. Beef was so flavorful and juicy he couldn’t get his mouth around it. It was served with hand cut fries of which we had two bowls of. Nephew got the chicken with the marjoram, was not dry at all and was flavorful. My lovely wife enjoyed the prawn salad which she said was AMAZING! Our daughter enjoyed a lovely cheese plate.

Have another week here and will definitely come...

Wow. This place has outstanding food and service. You may think that it’s just another hotel restaurant but you’d be missing out if you skipped this place. The sommelier was knowledgeable and attentive. Veronika the restaurant manager stopped by to ascertain satisfaction and gave us some great pointers on things to do in Prague. I had the Svíčková and it was incredible. Not only was the playing beautiful, the flavors complimented each other perfectly. My friend enjoyed the beef picanha with sautéed mushrooms and said it was the best he’d ever had. For dessert, my friend had the champagne sorbet shower with raspberries and blackberries which was a perfect finish to the meal. I have the Valrhona chocolate dessert—so good. Highly recommend this restaurant if you’re visiting the city and want to treat yourself to one of the best meals...

Our family of 5 are currently staying at this hotel. We chose to eat at this restaurant because my parents are elderly and have limited mobility so it was just easier. We expected mediocre but decent food given it is in a hotel.

Boy were we all surprised. Not only was the service and servers exemplary, our food was simply amazing. Every single one of us was blown away by the deliciousness of the food, from the homemade bread and homemade butter to start, to the schnitzel big enough for a family of six, to the wonderful strawberry and rhubarb dessert. It was simply wonderful. My elderly father, who is hard to please, said that we should plan a trip to come back here next year specifically to eat at...
