We visited today, and we enjoyed the food and atmosphere. But the service definitely made me feel nasty. We ordered multiple dishes, when the waitress brought the food in the first time, I simply asked her how many pieces I have ordered, because I wanted to double check did I order wrong or not. And she just replied me: “I only have two hands”. U could simply reply me “you have ordered two, the second one is on the way.” I mean, what an unmanned girl. This waitress completely ruined this cafeteria atmosphere. Seriously, she shouldn’t work in any service field if she doesn’t know how to speak.
To reply the comments from the restaurant: It was a blond girl who is taller than her colleagues. We visited around 12 o’clock on last Friday. On the other hand, when we paid for the take away box, the cashier girl ( the shorter girl) directly chose CZK for us without asking, we actually wanted to choose pay in SEK (Swedish krone). We do think it’s customer’s right to choose which currency we want to use. But anyway, she apologized for it later, so not a serious issue, it just made it look...

It was a very average sort of café that obviously is popular because of all the beautifully sculpted cakes. And they are very cool to look at. Taste-wise, the ones we had were sadly a bit bland. I loved the idea of a cheesecake made to look like a cheeseball. And it really did. It was not a great cheesecake, unfortunately. And in most of the cakes, they use white chocolate which I do not like at all.
The coffee was okay, and the tea was excellent. It was the only place I went to that served tea leaves instead of bagged tea. That was amazing, and it was good Sri Lankan black tea.
Certainly Instagrammable, but not the best tasting cakes.
Staff is pleasant and it's an okay space to enjoy a coffee and relax for a little. It wouldn't call it cosy. It's somewhat like a slightly more upscale Starbucks,...
Read moreMy wife and I enjoyed a delightful breakfast at IPPA Café in Jungmannova, just a short walk from our hotel in the heart of the city. The café’s unique design, with windows decorated with customer quotes and notes, immediately caught our attention—such a charming and creative touch! The décor is modern, with clean, crisp lines and comfortable seating. The food was simply outstanding, on par with Michelin star quality, and the service was exceptional. We were even treated to their famous eggnog as a gift, which made the experience all the more special. Every part of our breakfast was perfect, from the dishes to the coffee, which was made exactly to our liking. We honestly didn’t want it to end. The pricing was also very reasonable given the quality of the food, service, location, and overall experience. We’ll definitely be...
