We were greeted with a warm welcome. We arrived at around 11 am, and even tho that check in is from 3pm. They wasted no time is seeing if Housekeeping had a ro ready and available. Which they did, the older gentlement make this check in special by showing us to our room, introducing all amenities of this hotel. The hotel is fantastic, it is definitely an old building, if memory serves dated from 14th century. It is not a modern hotel, not a highly refurbished one, but no spec of dust was found. Very high standards presented and given to the guests, while giving an old vibe making us feel almost like royalty. I cannot comment enough on how well trained and professional the staff is. For most evening we spent time in the lobby along with many guests, while drinking amazing beer (on tap) and great recomendations of wine from the Bartender. Always with a smile and great suggestions and knowledge of the product. The room, is large enough for a week trip, (bigger rooms available for longer trips recomended) the shower facilities were clean, and regulary cleaned by the housekeeper. The hotel is located right in the centre with most needed amenities closeby, trams and buses right outside and a very quiet area. My favourite best part was the breakfast. I have never seen a breakfast buffet as big as this included on the room rate. It was massive. For all types of people and their eating habits. A massive variety of breakfast, from massive hot buffet, fully stocked to selection of bread types and french pastries. Section of continental breakfast, with slection of several cheeses and charcuterie. Fruit buffet to mix and match and make your own yougurt fruit bowl. Along with coffee, and hot drinks selection, and salads and pastas buffet. I can say that its i almost had breakfast and lunch by amount of food to eat. There is aswell a wellness facilities which did not try but farily affordable. Did not try as saving to my next trip in a week to budapest and get the hot springs!

This place is amazing and will definitely be back here when coming back to prague.

Thank you to hotel Management and staff to making this holiday and ultimate ralaxation holiday.

Best regards,...

Right from when we walked in to this hotel it felt right .|Booked this hotel as a “surprise” gift 🎁 for my other half.|Was not disappointed with anything! I requested a quiet room which was lovely and perfect (room 121 ) and so quiet and cosy on the first floor looking out to the courtyard.|The room was lovely ,the bathroom and room spotless and daily towel change .we had all we needed ,the fridge was great .|The bed was so comfortable.|Breakfast was fabulous..buffet style, lots of choice also an omelette station which was nice .There certainly is so much choice and nice selections of coffee etc…from the machine .The staff are very attentive at clearing away also re stocking on food running low. |This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in,lots of character .|The shower is very powerful and very hot water 💧 |If we visit Prague again ….This hotel would be our choice ,we would not look around for another ,we would go back here again without a doubt.|The location is super, near Charles bridge ,Wenceslas square .the Jewish quarter all in a short walking distance 5-8 minutes .The tram stops are very close indeed and so easy to use ,we had a 72hr ticket each and it’s fun and so easy to get about as you do get tired walking so much ,so it’s nice to pop on and off the trams.|Lots of places to eat nearby , supermarkets and cafes all nearby.|We also used the metro which was fun.|The local people are very friendly and helpful if you stop and ask for directions or find you are lost .|Do take comfortable footwear as streets are cobbled ! |This hotel was a perfect position ,perfect cleanliness and just what we would of wanted 10/10 😍|You do have to pay CZK 50 (approx £1:65p) per person per night tourist tax which is nothing this is hoped to contribute to extra funds towards development for tourists in the city. |Prague is very clean and tidy ,no litter or cigarette ends on the floor .|Thank you Hotel Elite for a great stay...

My wife and I stayed at Elite Hotel Prague for four nights in June 2025. Overall, our experience was okay. There were certainly some nice touches, but also a few issues that affected our stay.

We received a warm welcome on arrival, with the receptionist personally walking us to our room and showing us around. It was a lovely, personal touch that we appreciated after a long journey.

Our room was a standard double, though it came with two separate beds. The beds were firm but surprisingly comfortable. The décor was charming and traditional, and we were pleased to find a stocked bar fridge and effective air conditioning that stayed on quietly throughout the night, a big plus during the summer heat. The bathroom was small but adequate, equipped with a shower.

Breakfast each morning was a highlight, great variety and good quality. We made a habit of going early when it opened at 7 am to avoid the crowds that started building after 8:30. Breakfast service continued until 10:30, which was convenient.

There were, however, a few downsides. Our room was not cleaned on the first day. When we asked at reception, we were told we needed to hang a sign on the door requesting cleaning, But no sign was provided in the room, so we had no way of knowing this. Additionally, the towels were very small, more like hand towels than bath towels. Lastly, the reception staff at checkout were noticeably unfriendly, which left a bit of a sour note at the end of our stay.

STAY FAR AWAY! This place is an absolute garbage can. The rooms are old, cramped, dirty and DAMP. The rooms they show and the one they give you is nothing like the photos. We left immediately and went to the Radisson Blu close by (highly recommend the Radisson) The staff at Hotel Elite are unprofessional and quite arrogant. This place is like an overpriced hostel. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Management tried to “upgrade” us to a room which is actually what I paid for to begin with according to their site. I wouldn’t let my dog stay at this hotel, it’s that disgusting The picture with the twin beds is what they give you. Nowhere on the booking site did they show you this abysmal pit. Why would they? Who would book a garbage can that looks worse than a hostel. The staff and even upper management are arrogant and rude and couldn’t care less about their lies they tell on booking sites. I had a room with a queen and a twin confirmed by an employee prior to arrival and when they were confronted about the deception, they refused to correct their wrongdoing. People who are leaving high marks for this dump must have incredibly low standards because this place isn’t even a 2 star hotel
