Pros: -Great location! Tesco supermarket, food court, Tram station, Metrostation nearby; walking distance to all tourist attractions - easy acess with code, no fumbling with keys - nice room with hard floor (good for allergics), kitchenette (everything for 4 persons, basic cooking utensils, salt/pepper, microwave) -comfortable beds, rooms seems modern -modern bathroom -clean -no sounds from the city if you got a room facing to the back Cons: - NO surface to put ANYTHING in the bathroom (seriously guys? Not even a small shelve for the tooth brushes?) -extremly clairaudio - no soundproof at all towards the hallway. We had a room right off the stone-staircase. You could see the light through the door from the staircase, you could hear everything. Doors squeeking, People coming home late at all hours of the night, people leaving early for the airport (the persons not being unreasonably loud, mind you, just talking), doors slamming, it sounded like they were standing in your room! I am not very touchy in that regard, but I really did not sleep well because of several disturbances each night. To be fair, there are rooms though which have an extra door shutting it off from the staircase (not #11), then its mainly the squeeking of doors and how quiet your neighbours are outside your room. -a make-up mirror in 2m height - not usable. I loved loved loved the location and liked the room, but because of no shelf in the bathroom and the nightly noise disturbances I would not stay there a second time.

We stayed here this past weekend, and the accommodation is very close to the city center — clean, easily accessible, with bars and shops nearby, and only about a ten-minute walk to the Astronomical Clock. What disappointed me, however, was the lack of communication. We tried to contact the hosts to ask if it would be possible to have a late check-out — I’m talking about just a two-hour delay, checking out at twelve instead of ten — but no one replied, not on Booking, not by email, and not by phone. I find it absurd to advertise 24/7 support when you don’t respond through any communication channel, especially since, when we had to transfer money because of a Booking issue, they answered instantly. For that reason, it deserves a rating of 1, because anything could have happened and they would just reply whenever they felt like it — it’s unacceptable. You should either quit this business or hire competent people.

Great convenient location (about 5 min walk to nearest bus stop) , clean and modern apartment with comfortable beds including the pull out bed. Lots of large comfortable pillows. Electric hot water pot, microwave, cooking range top, Nespresso coffee machine (coffee pods not provided. Was instructed to purchase small Nespresso pods from Albert supermarket which is about 5 min walk), salt and pepper shakers. Email communication indicates that customer service is available via phone or email 8am to 9pm however was only able to speak to a live person (friendly and helpful) on the phone during the morning only. Attempted a call in the evening around 8pm and the call ended with no further messages. So, plan ahead if you need extra pillow cases etc. Very easy check in and out with code for door access and apartment sent to email. Highly recommend!!

The photos look lovely - inviting and bright and fresh. The actual place is NOT like that at all. |PROS: location is very good, place is clean|CONS: dingy, dark and kind of creepy. The entry foyer starts first impression with stained bench cushions and chipped dirty paint. The doorframes are in bad need of some repairs and the whole place could use a coat of fresh paint and a bit of TLC or pride in ownership. The room, once you climb half flights of stairs due to the elevator being between floors, is disappointing to say the least. Your are greeted by a fold up cot and other supplies as you enter the top landing. The furnishings and decor are very "cheap" in nature - and please let me say we were not looking for a luxury stay- and everything seemed very sparse. There were two flimsy towels for our four day stay for two. The shower was small - even at 130 pounds I could not open my elbows wide to shampoo my hair. The toilet didn't flush properly. The door had to be locked using two hands to manipulate the handle. The safe was located on the floor of the tiny closet so one had to be down on hands and knees to access it. The nespresso was available but there was not even a couple of coffee pods to get you started off. The halls smelled heavily of marijuana. There was a busy noise pup across the street that remained open until about 1AM keeping us away. This, of course is not fault to the facility, but just a heads up for the consumer. There was no information obviously available to access emergency services, or to ask for more towels or any other needs. We did find, on our last day a poster with a code to scan for information, but it was behind a plastic flower on the tiny kitchen table and out of site. We have stayed in aparthotels in Belgium and London and have enjoyed wonderful stays. We would NOT recommend this facility. Unfortunately I cannot seem to upload my photos to document all this, but, TRUST ME, stay somewhere else. There were a number of other lovely hotels on the same block that were more affordable and really...

I stayed here with my mom September 2021, and it was not very good. First of all, our apartment was NOTHING like the pictures. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls and there were scratch marks on the walls and a sticky stain on the floor, which makes me think it wasn’t cleaned. There was only one chair on the balcony, which makes no sense, and the view was not very good. As for location, it’s okay. It’s a 15-30 minute walk to the main parts of Prague, which means you’re better off booking somewhere closer in the city for the same price or less. They gave us a total of 4 towels for a 5 night stay which is definitely not enough. We called and requested more towels, and they said they would bring them. A day later, nothing. After the THIRD call, they finally brought us more towels, but they were hand towels. When we arrived, the bathroom sink was clogged and it wouldn’t drain. Again, we had to call 3 times for someone to come fix it. We ended up having to go to reception (which is in a different location, about 15 min from the apartment) to finally get someone to come fix the sink. By that time, it was our last day so it wasn’t very helpful. Their customer service is terrible. This place is okay, but I would recommend staying somewhere else. Don’t fall for the beautiful pictures they advertise on...
