I came to this establishment after seeing a very high rating. After I ordered, I realized I left my CZ cash at the hotel room (and credit card with my husband). I informed my waitress about the situation, and that I have only €10 and $10 that I could pay with (these 2 bills on exchange were approximately 440 KCZ). The waitress told me not to worry, that I just might have to pay extra fee for the exchange. My bill was less than 250 KCZ. When I went to pay, the bartender was making me feel like a criminal - arguing that they accept only € in foreign currency (not dollars) and credit cards. Obviously my €10 wasn’t enough and I was willing to not get any money back from my $10. After I explained to him that is the best I can do he still kept belittling me. This behavior of making me feel like a bad person, even that he would pocket about 85%-90% in tip (extra money) would he go to Kaprova ulice to exchange the money, triggered that I went back to hotel and brought him CZ currency and took my euros and dollars back. As food is concerned - I ordered tacos- which was a Czech version of meat and veggies with too much sauce, dripping all over me (tacos are eaten with hands so a cook needs to add just enough sauce not to be too messy meal), and lemonade as a...

Read moreOur group of three found this refuge late Sunday night after other restaurants had closed their kitchens. They were extremely welcoming and friendly.
It was late and mostly empty, but they were attentive throughout the meal making sure everything was to our liking. They forgot one part of our order and immediately comped it even though it barely came late.
We got two burgers, which were delicious and cooked perfectly medium-rare. They came with thick-cut fries that were not very crispy and under salted, but they would be really good if they were fried a bit longer.
The tomato soup was unfortunately not great. It came out lukewarm and was too sweet for our taste (we all tried it).
Overall it’s a really friendly and warm place with...
