Okasan Mom — Restaurant in Prague

I recently visited Okasan Mom, and I have to say-it was one of the best sushi experiences I've had in a long time.

From the moment the food arrived, I was impressed. The presentation was absolutely stunning: beautifully arranged nigiri, fresh herbs, bamboo leaves, and eye-catching garnishes. Every piece looked like it came out of a fine-dining magazine-and tasted just as amazing.

The sushi was incredibly fresh and well-balanced. The salmon and tuna nigiri were buttery and flavorful, the rolls had just the right mix of textures and ingredients (the avocado + cream cheese combo was a dream), and the touch of roe gave everything an elegant finish.

The staff were warm and welcoming, and the vibe of the place was peaceful and relaxing-perfect for an unhurried lunch or cozy dinner. You can tell the chefs take pride in their craft.

We are currently spending our holiday in Prague, and while strolling through the city we happened to discover this restaurant by chance. It immediately caught our attention with its inviting look and warm atmosphere, so we decided to step inside. At first, our plan was only to have a drink, but the menu looked so tempting that we chose to stay longer and enjoy a proper meal.

Although the restaurant has only been open for two months, it already feels far more impressive than many 5-star hotel restaurants we have experienced.
