Review: A Delightful Stay at Boutique Hotel Constans
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Boutique Hotel Constans, and I can't say enough about how wonderful the experience was. Nestled in the heart of Prague's charming Mala Strana district, this hotel offers a perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality that made me feel right at home.
The hotel itself is a beautifully restored historical building, and the attention to detail in preserving its character is evident throughout. My room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the room's large windows offered a stunning view of the picturesque streets below. I especially loved the luxurious bathroom, which was spotlessly clean and featured a relaxing deep bathtub—perfect after a day of exploring the city.
One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. Served in a cozy, beautifully decorated dining area, the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, from fresh pastries and local cheeses to perfectly cooked eggs and fresh fruit. The quality of the food was outstanding, and the friendly staff made sure everything was replenished promptly.
The location of Boutique Hotel Constans is unbeatable. It’s just a short walk from Prague Castle, Charles Bridge, and other iconic sights, yet it’s tucked away enough to provide a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. The surrounding area is full of charming cafes, restaurants, and shops, making it easy to explore the local culture.
What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, offering helpful tips for navigating the city and always being available to assist with any requests. Their warmth and professionalism added a personal touch that made my stay truly memorable.
In conclusion, Boutique Hotel Constans exceeded all my expectations. It’s the ideal choice for anyone seeking a unique, luxurious, and intimate experience in Prague. I highly recommend it and will definitely return on my next visit to this...
Read moreStayed here with my husband for 4 nights. A traditional style hotel in the lovely area of Lesser town.
Pros Very quiet area, but only a short walk to nearby restaurants, a 5 min walk to the castle and about a 15 min walk to the Old Town. The hotel was very clean. Iur bedroom was on the top floor and was very spacious. The bathroom had bath and separate shower. We didn't use the bath but the shower was decent power and temperature. The complimentary bathrobe and slippers were a nice touch. There was tea/ coffee making facilities which were replenished daily and a mini bar. Breakfast was good, and although not vast amounts in the buffet you are also able have things cooked to order. The omelette was very good. The area for breakfast is quite small, but the staff were very efficient and friendly. A special mention to the waitress with the dark hair. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Check in/ check out was quick and easy.
Cons The bed was VERY firm. Not sure if this was due to the bed being wooden or the mattress or combination of both. I was ok but my husband found it difficult to sleep on. The only other possible downside is that check in is not 24hrs. Although we didn't have any issues during our stay I'm not sure how this might impact if you did. ( ie room key stop working/ late arrival etc) .
On the whole a really lovely hotel, with fantastic staff. A great place to stay if you want a quieter stop in Prague but still be close to everything. I would definitely...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Boutique Hotel Constans in Prague, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and attentiveness. They were also great communicating over the email and made sure my room was ready early since I let them know I would be arriving before check in. The location of the hotel is perfect, situated right in the heart of the city, under the Prague Castle in a beautiful, quiet, narrow street. I was able to walk to many of the major attractions, including the Old Town Square and Charles Bridge. The views from the hotel were breathtaking since our room was on the last floor (5th floor). My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated with baroque style furniture. It was equipped with ac which helped in the hot summer days. The stay included the hotel's breakfast buffet which could use an improvement. Some of the dishes were not labeled but luckily the staff was very friendly and asked in the kitchen what the meal was. I would definitely appreciate some local jellies and at least one option for vegans (how about a tofu scramble and plant-based milk?). However, if you love unhealthy, fatty, unbalanced meals, the buffet is a great choice for you. In summary, the hotel was great. Its prime location, exceptional service, and comfortable accommodations make it the perfect choice for anyone...
