Wok & Sushi — Restaurant in Prague

Now, I wasn’t going to review this place due to its appearance both inside and out however, I have to. Run by possibly husband and wife the food is very good and exceptionally well priced for sushi and well worth a visit. Don’t judge by its appearance online or when you enter the building as it looks like a typical low priced Chinese in the UK but the food is very good. We enjoyed it and it really didn’t cost us anything. Service was a little slow but wines were good too. Give it a visit if you want real value for money and good sushi food and you’ll be pleased you did. Message to owners: you have a great product - just tidy the place up a little, ditch the fish tanks and plants and you’ll be on to a real winner. A little investment and you’ll be buzzing. This is the 2nd time we came to this restaurant we were unwelcomed, we waited so long to have our food and also served us one by one. And we went back again cause the food wasn't that bad and I asked them if they do takeaways the waitress said yes, so after I ordered I paid then when the order arrived suddenly she served us as if we had ordered dine-in but I had told them politely that it was takeaway but the waitresses did not want to listen and continued to put down the dishes on the table in a brutal way, and she went back to the kitchen and we heard that she was talking behind our backs and she sent her son (age: about 10 or 11 years old) to talk to us (unprofessional) . I’ve never been to a restaurant with such poor customer service. I asked for teriyaki sauce on the side, and the lady refused to serve me some, because according to her it wouldn’t be tasty. When I tried to explain that it’s my concern and not her, she then started saying they suddenly didn’t have any teriyaki sauce anymore. Funnily enough, my friend’s plate arrived 2 min later with some teriyaki sauce on his sushi’s.
