Please don't compare my five stars here directly to the five stars I give to a place such as Noma, but for a café, Vivaldi really surprised me with their flavor-packed varieties. Excellent burger. Tasty fries. Good flavour all around. I also tried a cocktail (Scot Sour) that was well-made. And their homemade cakes look delicious! Be aware that you need to go to the counter to place an order as the staff don't wait tables. You can install their app and place an order without leaving your table if you prefer, but haven't tried this, so I can't say what to make of that yet. Don't worry, they'll still bring the food down to your table. Some people might consider this a "lack of service" but I'm okay with this, and it's not a particular Danish invention, as others (Vapiano) do this as well. Just be aware of it. They have breakfast, lunch and dinner options, beer, juice, cocktails and soda. The menu looks fairly pedestrian, but you'll find that everything is just "better" than expected. I I'll need to try their brunch as well...
Read moreOkay so we ordered:
1x draft beer 1x tonic water 1x Coke Zero 1x Nuggets 1x Rhubarb pie
After 30 minutes we had gotten the nuggets (first) and drinks about 5 minutes later. I went and asked for the rhubarb pie. The girl said, sorry I'll see to it right away. 10 minutes later, still no pie. I went and asked for a refund. They did refund and apologized, but it's not like the place was packed. The prices were sky-high. When I pay a high price, I expect swift and efficient service, good quality and great ambience.
The nuggets and fries were okay, the drinks were cold and okay too, but the service was really awful. Granted, they could have been rude (they weren't) but this is the kind of experience that makes you avoid a place.
Oh and it's not the first time I've experienced this lacklustre service from a place in the Vivaldi chain. The one in Slagelse is also pretty awful.
We won't be coming back and I cannot recommend the...

Top location - Check Service - Non existing Coffee quality - Medium Pricing - Over the top Hidden charges - Everywhere
Here is the deal You must use the app to order The app selection is different from the table menu If you want something that’s not on the app, then you must go to the bar. Here you pay an overpriced coffee. You wait. Then you carry that to the table. This while four waiters have time to chat. If you do chose to order on the app, Horago, the company behind this, charge you DKK 2.5 on each order to “maintain their platform” Of course - as they say - if you prefer to order with a waiter, you can. But good luck with that. Waiters refuse to take orders: “order on the app or go to the bar” they will tell you.
Let’s get the entrepreneurs back in the...
