I was here with my boyfriend on a friday evening, so it was kind of busy, as expected. We sat by the bar so we had view to the kitchen, and I really wish we hadn’t because it meant we had to witness the utter mess that was going on in the kitchen. There are two young people working there, with no control at all. But the most worrisome aspect was the lack of hygiene. The young woman working in the kitchen was wearing no gloves, touching her face, nose, hair (which she wore loose), all counters, menus and peoples food. So the dumplings and vegetables were touched directly with these hands and served to the customers. During the hour we were here, she did not wash or sanitize her hands even once. Its completely digusting, and I atleast know we are never coming back.
Also, they are turning customers away, but they seem to have time to chat and laugh about stuff in the kitchen. People are also getting the wrong or missing orders. VERY off vibes in this place. Extremely chaotic and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor...
Read moreWe arrived 30 minutes before closing and gladly they let us still order. We took take away to not give them more work of dirty dishes, etc. We ordered 3 different kinds and the best one for us was with the kimchi. The food is good, not amazing and not bad ;) We ate outside on their tables and they still offered us service if we needed so that was definitely kind of them. We left behind one of our important bag and they waited for us in front of the place after closing, which was super amazing helpful. Definitely nice young people, which you as customer should give a chance and visit the place if you are hungry. They sell also natural wine and some bowls so it is worth to see. I personally did not like to listen to Polish rap, but maybe the music was just there because it was close to closing :) good luck to your team and thank you so much...
Read moreOutstanding dumplings, embarrassing service. We ordered another round of chicken dumplings while we were seated at one of only three tables dining in. They totally forgot who that plate was for and sent it to their friends at another table for free. They watched us wait for 40 minutes and didn’t consider that maybe that forgotten bowl had been for us. Didn’t get any refund either. Not knocking the food at all. Some of the best I’ve had in Copenhagen, though when the missing dumplings did finally show up, they were hot on one side and ice cold on the other — not really acceptable for chicken. Long story short they’re great, but don’t rush them, maybe just do takeout, and probably don’t...
