Kin Arai — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

Worst hospitality I have experienced in Copenhagen. Right now I am speechless. I just had dinner here by myself at a table for two persons in less than 30 minutes. The restaurant filled quickly. Literally as soon as I finished the last bite and while I still had half of my drink in the glass, the lady said to me "Wanna pay?" and asked a couple that had just arrived and was standing next to us if they wanted the table in the corner or if they preferred mine, where I was still sitting and drinking! The couple obviously took the other table. I stood up and offered them to take mine, which was a bit better. They took it while nicely asking me if it really was ok. I told the restaurant lady that the way she treats her customers is absolutely unpolite, shameless and unacceptable. Her answer: "I'm sorry, we are full." There are several other Thai restaurants on the same street. I will for sure...

10 out of 10....no questions asked. We went there 2 nights in a row eating the same dishes. Have never done that before. Same appetizer as well as main dish. This was by fare my most favorite Thai restaurant ever. My wife and I love Thai/Vietnamese cuisine and choose it often. To be the best is quite special. I wish I could take it home with me. One Chile means slightly spicy...I agree. I had crispy pork ...it was soooo good. We saw the owner making fresh handmade spring rolle in the restaurant....quite unique. Love the atmosphere and the server as well.

Kin Arai is definitely a hidden gem. I went here twice for dinner. I liked the relaxing vibe, acoustic with cool Studio Ghibli theme. IMO, it’s the best Thai restaurant I’ve had in CPH. Perfect balance in taste, authentic, and well presented. At my first visit, we ordered pad thai, Kai satay (chicken satay), som tam (papaya salad), khuay thiew, boat noodles, shrimp donut. My second visit I ordered the roasted duck with tamarind sauce and khuay thiew again because it was so good at the first visit. I was very pleased with their customer service - super accommodating, attentive and friendly. Highly...
