Taste of Taiwan Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

14 december Ordered 2 drinks and the girl who took my order didnt get one drink right. I ordered 1 grape milk tea and 1 classic milk tea. The worker was confused at my 1st order so I repeated my 1st order and she even left the counter behind and went to the front where I'm standing to look at the menu, and I showed her the drink on the menu. The worker who took my order was in the process in making 2 other drinks for other customers. The person was slow and took her time while I and other customers waited to either order drinks or wait for their drinks. The worker even spilt some sirup in the process and took more time to clean it. When preparing my drink the customer line began to get longer. After waiting quite some time I began to set a timer and my drinks where finished after 14 minutes. I was disappointed. I got grapefruit fruit tea and one hot classic milk tea??? I was pissed at my 1st order since I repeated that drink and even pointed it out on the menu which she even came to the front of the counter to see. My second order is what I 50/50 understand because I never said cold or hot, but again she never asked me. Apparently she doesn't even have common sense to ask me if I wanted it hot or cold and took her own assumptions. I wanted to complain and demand a refund since aint no way I'm gonna wait extra 20 min for her to redo my order, but I didn't since the worker was working alone. The line was also very long. I was with two other companions and their drinks also took long time. Bad management of the shop to let 1 employee who isn't working efficiently nor does seems to have a routine work alone. Too bad the drinks also were bad. 1st drink had to much concentrated taste and the second was too bitter. My friend ordered a strawberry fruit tea which tasted too...

Terrible service! I ordered a classic bubble tea in hot, and it was barely warm..then I kindly asked if i can get it hot. The stuff’s name is Rosa then she complained and deliberately showed very bad attitude while making it then toss it to me in the end, when I asked her name and told her that I’m not very happy about her service attitude, she then start to complain more and even start yelling at me..
