We went in here because one of our party is Scottish and belligerent. It's a good pub, live music (playing no Scottish music). They were showing outlander on the TV, and part way through the evening the two main characters started having full frontal sex, much to the enjoyment of the patrons of the pub. The bartender as such turned off the TV, to a chorus of boos. After 20 minutes or so, the TV was turned back on, and the characters were still having sex (unsure if it was the same session). The TV remained on this time. Outside of the pornographic content, the pub is spacious, comfy, and sufficiently quiet even with live music for a chat with your friends. The bar offered the Scottish lager Tennant's, although we didn't have that, because it's a pretty rubbish beer. The beer selection wasn't fantastic, but it did have something for all of us. On the whole, a solid pub.

With the 'Irish' and 'English' pubs around the corner, this 'Scottish' one is definitely the nicest in the (holy?) trinity. For starters, the beer was cheaper. (Though the whisky was very expensive, but worth it, so my companion tells me). Live music (of sorts: a guy with a guitar, singing all the favourites) and a lively but eclectic crowd: a mix of just about everything - young and old, foreign and local, students and businessmen. Staff were ok -neither this nor that- and a couple of tables on the pavement outdide, and the toilets decent.

Live singer was asked to sing something Scottish and he only knew one thing (500 Miles) but sang the hell out of it (we all joined in) so that made it a little more memorable. Fine to pop by if you need a pub but don't bother if you think it might have ANYthing to do with Scotland 😅

Stopped in for a drink following a recommendation from where we had dinner. Complete waste of money and time. Not sure if the barmaid thought we wouldn't notice but our 'Gin' and 'Vodka' that we ordered contained neither. This was such a shame as there was live music and being Irish wanted to stay for a few drinks and listen to the music but after we downed our Sprite and Coke we left. Maybe when she enquired if we wanted a single or double had we asked for the double we might have noticed the alcohol but we were both in agreement there was nothing but the soft drinks and possibly watered down spirits in the small glasses of drinks we receive. Therefore we left straight away and head to Mojo's which was a surprisingly good...

I had such a wierd experience today, I know soon or later I will be dishonored, but I have lost it a long time ago.

There was a couple that Marry, and one of their kids, was jumping next to me, I didn't say nothing but I looked to the kid,.
