Vesterbro's original burgerrestaurant — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

It's a burger joint in the heart of old Copenhagen but with a great twist. It's casual and good service and the food is very good. At the core they are hamburgers but a quick look at the menu shows that these have a Danish flair. My Legacy burger (seen in photo) was described as a Danish beef sandwich - beef pattie, mushrooms, cole slaw, onion rings, tomato, all covered with a rich beef gravy. Various beers, wines and liqueurs are served but I strongly recommend the lemonade with elderflower juice, sparkling water and crushed forest mint leaves. This light non-alcoholic drink is out of this world for flavor and thirst quenching.

Steps and no ramp so not accessible. Can be very busy in the evening. Recommend reservations. No off-street parking and not much on-street parking. Even so, don't miss this reasonably priced favorite...

We were a company of four people and ordered one burger, 9 portions of French fries and our drinks.It took an hour (literally)for one of our drinks( a mojito) to finally reach our table,but they at least didn't charge us for it.But the fries took even longer!And they were overcooked!!The staff,even though it was friendly,was so inexperienced and couldn't handle the situation correctly.The burger,though was quite good,tasty and really juicy.At the end of the night,I got up and paid the bill to surprise my friends.But afterwards, they also went to pay, without me seeing it and they almost got charged again!!!But thankfully,I noticed and stopped them before doing it!😡😡 It might have been just a coincidence,but we won't be going again and I wouldn't recommend the...

Amazing servers and service, but unfortunately the burgers fall flat. For the steep price of 125 DKK, one would expect juicy burgers with great condiments. Unfortunately most times I've been here the beef patties has been quite dry (from the freezer?). Den legendariske is quite good though, compared to Den Originale and Den Stærke. Unfortunately the fries were not something to write home about either. Garlic fries are just regular fries with some garlic powder (or similar) sprinkled on. The fries were not even that crispy.
