We ordered many dishes off the menu instead of choosing the five or seven item "degustación." Especially good were the suckling pig, the octopus with this beautiful little tuile of squid ink, and the raw tuna dish. You've heard the expression "melts in your mouth" - in this case it was literally true, the tuna was so incredibly tender and flavorful that you could just chew it with your tongue. Crême brûlée with pistachio was also really good in its taste, though I think that it was a bit undercooked (I like it slightly solidified like a pudding rather than runny). Read moreVery interesting place to experiment new flavours. Both dishes and cocktails have great fusion that makes you taste new experiences. I loved the introduction of "Cuy" and "Llama" into the dishes, as it brought a local Andean taste to their own creations.
The variety of cocktails was also very attractive.
