Shaurma Kebab Viru — Restaurant in Tallinn

19.08.2025 13:24:48 We made and order for big Shaurma without salad and without pickles with Coke. The Person at the counter said it’s okay and no problem. We have ordered the same way before and there has been no problems earlier. The person made the order for us and it was with salad. We immediately told him that this is not our order and we want to have our order, he refused completely. We left the things there because he refused to make our order and we left, few moments later we came back and argued to have the money back for the coke atleast. It’s not clear, what language we need to speak because I am Estonian and I had the conversation in English for the person to better understand me and if that is not clear then it is not possible to make an order. Honestly it was a very horrible experience to pay for food what you can’t eat and it is very unlikely that we are going to visit this...
