We met with some friends to have drinks here during our stay in Helsinki. There is no table service, which I'm told is common in Finland. That wasn't a problem though as even though it was busy, we didn't have to wait long to order our drinks at the bar. The lady who was serving us was very friendly and knowledgeable about the beers available. We didn't have any food so I couldn't rate that.

They have some collection of beers. They do not have Amber or brown ales, which was a bit surprising. My wife’s IPA was really good. The imperial stout was quite good but very thick. They do NOT have any food except for small individual packets of chips which cost €3!!! So that was disappointing. But we did like the quiet atmosphere and tasty beer while watching people walk down the street.

No frills, just a place to hang out over a beer or two. It’s everything from the beer on offer via friendly staff to the regulars (looking at you Antti). It all just sits so well together.

Fantastic choice of beers and the largest selection of Whiskies I have ever seen, even in Scotland, very knowledgable barman, very helpful and informative, gave us samples of any beer we wanted to try before ordering and his calm relaxed demeanour made it a pleasant evening, no music in the bar which helped customers interact with each other........will visit again. Not the cheapest bar I have been to, but prices were comparable with other like outlets...

A must if you're looking for unique whisky in Helsinki 🥃 Amazing selection of whisky and very knowledgeable people behind the bar.
