Genuinely one of the best food I've ever eaten, I'm not joking either when I say this. I've gone to fancy restaurants and places that try to break the mold, but eating traditional Tibetan food cooked by two passionate people, husband and wife, was such a breath of fresh air.
We were seated and with my limited knowledge of French I translated the menu, but the lady knows English so it was easy to talk to her. I ordered an ama 2 and a plate of veggie momos. All the food was spectacular. I have 0 complaints about it. It could not have been better, and did not compromise on proper Tibetan cuisine.
