I had a very very bad experience with them. The service person was very rude, I never meet someone such disrespectful person and I would never recommend anyone to come here.

I ordered a matcha tea to go with coconut milk. The service person put normal milk in it. Things can happen, luckily I saw it on time, cause I told them I am allergic to cow milk.

Then I had my tea but the lid was not closed properly. I just grabbed the tea in one hand and through the lid, the tea came out. I didn’t even had one sip. First, the lady accused me that I spilled the tea on my coat on purpose. This was the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. Why should I ruin my own cashmere coat ?! And then the other guy with the blonde bleached hair shouted on me, that I held the cup wrong, that’s why the tea came out. Tea should come out when the lid is sealed correctly on. Especially when I didn’t even put a straw on it. My brown coat was full of green matcha color and they refused to pay the cleaning.

An ideal cafe in many aspects. First of all, it’s spacious: they have a terrace, a bar, and a group seating zone, electricity outlets everywhere, and good speed wi-fi.

The prices are student-friendly and they have many kinds of bubble tea and proper savory seat meals. You can choose the sugar level for your tea. Their tapioca pearls are nicely cooked.

The staff also adds to the relaxing vibe of the café. I heard one of the staff sing and joke with his colleagues. It’s nice to see when people are happy...

amazing drinks, very refreshing in summer and warm up in winter. Arguably one of my favorite places to go to all year round. Has outlets available to use all over the inside of the shop where you can charge your phone when needed (consumption is mandatory for at least 1 person if you’re in a group). very lovely space with lots of drinks to pick and choose from....
