My colleague and I (both American) saw this restaurant on our way to and from the nearby Metro station (Luxembourg) and literally said, "OMG, this place is so cute and beautifully decorated. We should go here for drinks tonight." Not only did we in fact come back for drinks, we had dinner and dessert. Our server Sarah, was absolutely phenomenal. She spoke very fluent English and even helped us on our French. She was able to recommend different food options to both of us. In the end, she made our visit to Le Cercle incredibly memorable. The place was nice as far as layout and furnishing, the problem was the prices were way too high and in 2019, they do not have a happy hour, despite everyone around them having one. The server we had though was great and that's why I'll give them two stars. I assume that due to the pricing, that's the reason why there weren't many people and those who were there were drinking water or a small coffee. I can only assume the business...
