Went here with my kids before heading to the Luxembourg garden. The location is quite convenient! We ordered their French onion soup, steak frites, escargot, and boef bourginon. The beef bourginon lacked flavor, it wasn’t very salty or flavored, and the beef was dry. The onion soup was made mostly of cheese and lacked soup. It was also barely warm. The steak frites, my son ordered a medium rare and they gave him a well done steak. The most flavorful thing was the escargot. The tartine was too sweet, but wasn’t terrible to eat. The food was quite subpar, average at best. The only saving grace for this restaurant was the phenomenal waitress! She was the kindest and helped us a lot.

Lovely place just next to the Luxembourg garden. It's really a nice and convenient location. The staff - most are REALLY welcoming🥰, but some are just doing their job of hosting you with a poker face 😐. The food was really good, had the menu of starter+main course for 17.50 euros 💶. We ordered french onion soup 🍲 and cheese ravioli 🧀for starters, and chicken with fries 🍗 and bœuf bourguignon 🍖. The french onion soup was delicious😋! The chicken was a bit dry 😵‍💫. The boeuf bourguignon was yummy. 😋 Overall, 85/100. Would recommend!

Had a fantastic dinner with my girlfriend at Le Cercle after a heavy rain in front of the Jardin de Luxembourg. Service was impeccable and fast. The waiters have been very kind. We had a three course meal for a very good price. W particularly enjoyed the onion soup, the tartiflette, the boeuf bourgoignon and the crepes. It's nicely located since it's right in front of the Jardin de Luxembourg and away from the tourist traps in the first alleys of the Latin Quarter. Loved it!

My colleague and I (both American) saw this restaurant on our way to and from the nearby Metro station (Luxembourg) and literally said, "OMG, this place is so cute and beautifully decorated. We should go here for drinks tonight." Not only did we in fact come back for drinks, we had dinner and dessert. Our server Sarah, was absolutely phenomenal. She spoke very fluent English and even helped us on our French. She was able to recommend different food options to both of us. In the end, she made our visit to Le Cercle incredibly memorable. Both my colleague and I left thinking that this was the best dining experience, so far, that either of us us have had in Paris - which is saying a lot because we've had great experiences everywhere. 10/10 would...

I came here to meet friends who were going next door to petit journal for a jazz concert. Had I done my research, I would have chosen differently. The place was nice as far as layout and furnishing, the problem was the prices were way too high and in 2019, they do not have a happy hour, despite everyone around them having one. The server we had though was great and that's why I'll give them two stars. I assume that due to the pricing, that's the reason why there weren't many people and those who were there were drinking water or a small coffee. I can only assume the business...
